Complications

I haven't posted on this blog in awhile and I really should. I have a lot of stuff I'd love to share.  So to start, I will post a poem I wrote a bit ago before finally realizing what direction was right:

Emotions running high

Confusion fills my veins

My heart

My mind

You're so sweet

We feel so right

But complications pull on me;

Why does he appear

With you my heart starts beating 

I know that you are true

But when the indecisive one

Comes to show his face

He tries to pull me away from you

Which is something that I hate.

Yet every time he's close to me

it feels so out of place

I think how I want you instead

avoiding my pushing fate.
